1x Mattessons Smoked Pork Sausage – Cut Into Coin Shaped Slices
1x Pack of Smoked Turkey Rashers
2x English Muffins
BBQ Sauce/Tomato Ketchup
2x Fried Eggs
Put the Turkey Rashers under a grill to cook as per pack instructions.
Whilst that is cooking…..
…..Heat a large pan on a medium heat.
Drizzle oil in the pan, making sure the oil coats all the surface. Break the eggs in to the pan and fry until your liking.
Whilst they cooking pop the sausage slices in to the pan and cook on both sides until cooked through.
Lightly Toast your muffin, when all your breakfast bits are cooked, stack the sausage and turkey rashers on top, slide your cooked egg on and serve.
