½ Mattessons Smoked Pork Sausage – Sliced
2x Turkey Rashers – Sliced
2 tbsps caramelised onion relish
1x supermarket chilled garlic flatbread (250-300g)
2 handfuls of grated mozzarella
Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200’C
Take the flatbread and spread your onion relish over, nice and thinly.
Sprinkle ½ the cheese over then dot the turkey rashers and the slices of sausage over the top.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Season with a little chilli flake before serving to give a nice heat.
